The game was made by Turtle Rock Studios and published by 2K Studios. It came out on February 10, 2015, and won over 60 gaming awards, making it one of the top games of the year.
Evolve is set in a dangerous world where humans fight deadly monsters. It’s a 4 vs. 1 multiplayer game. That means 4 players team up as hunters, and 1 player becomes the monster.
The hunters must work together to kill the monster. The monster’s job is to either defeat all the hunters or complete a special mission to win. You can choose to play as a hunter or as the monster—both sides have powerful weapons and abilities.
Each hunter has a different style, so you can pick one that suits how you like to play. Teamwork is very important if you’re one of the hunters. But if you’re the monster, you’re on your own and must use your skills and instincts to survive and win.
